This needs to be the guiding principle for good governance – in every decision point I make and position I take a stance on I will ensure that I have a deep consideration for all sides and not just what is politically convenient or what the outcome would do for myself or those that think like me. We have a moral obligation to serve everyone – even those we do not agree with. We need to ensure we instill not just equality but equity in every act we take to make a future as good as our people.
