James Shade

State Legislature: GA-22

If elected, I will exercise the powers of office in a manner consistent with the promotion of the common good, construing all legislative and policy determinations to advance the collective welfare, public trust, and equitable interests of the constituency. In so doing, I shall balance individual rights against societal needs, ensuring that governmental action remains reasonably related to legitimate public purposes and is neither arbitrary nor capricious.
