Tonight, in Dallas, we had one of our very best rallies yet. We were joined by the Reverend Michael Waters, Genesis Be, Doug Pagitt, Samir Selmanovic, Christy Berghoef, Vince Anderson and three incredible candidates for Congress in Texas!
We sang together songs of hope and inspiration, heard about the state of our nation and what can be do to change it, and came together as a community and met fellow common-do-gooders. We dedicated ourselves to action and committed ourselves to voting. We were one.
Tonight, as Lorie Bunch said, we created history – but for a moment, we also had an incredible time in the present.
