Last night, a federal judge ordered the Trump administration to stop threatening election officials with criminal prosecution. We are in unprecedented times as we head into Election Day in just three days.

Judge Trina Thompson wrote that high-ranking Justice Department and Homeland Security officials have engaged in a campaign to intimidate, threaten, and coerce the state and local workers administering this election.
We immediately need all hands on deck to Get Out The Vote and secure our democracy.

Yesterday, we stood with the residents of Barrio Azteca in Texas — Laredo’s oldest neighborhood — outside the federal courthouse as they demanded two things from the Department of Homeland Security: proof the border wall won’t flood their homes, and an end to Trump’s wall corruption.

Today, we’re in Eagle Pass to turn out voters. Sunday, we’re in San Antonio with Katy Padilla Stout, running in TX-23, and Monday, we’re in Carrollton with Dan Barrios, running in TX-32.
On Election Day, we’ll drive rides to the polls in Tarrant County and then hold a Party at the Polls in Austin.
