We’re not stopping at half the stations.
Friends,
It’s official — this fall, our documentary, Who’s the We?, will reach living rooms across the country on public television. So far, the list includes about half of those we intend for the film to reach.
|
Between September 1 and 18, the film will air 430 times on 178 public TV stations in 115 cities. Even though we’re still working to get Who’s the We? on more stations, this is amazing progress!
Take a look below — somewhere on this list you might see your city and your local station.
|
Our film puts faces on what’s happening at the border and in immigration courtrooms, things most of the country never sees when they turn on the evening news or read headlines in the local newspaper.
That’s why we can’t stop at just half of the stations.
|
We believe everyone in this country deserves to see this film. They deserve to see it in towns where the only stories about immigrants are shouted by Fox News hosts who get their talking points straight from MAGA.
Stories drive change. And a lot of people who won’t show up to an in-person screening will flip on their local PBS station.
Every one of the 430 airings we already have scheduled costs money. And going from half the stations to all of them costs more.
So let’s keep going. Let’s get the other half of the stations to say yes to Who’s the We.
Help us reach the other half. Give what you can today, and let’s put this documentary in front of every station willing to run it.
