At Vote Common Good, we are on a mission fueled by faith, hope and love calling people to Vote for the Common Good and replace the Trump administration.

Faith, hope, and love move us to action, and we are taking action to do what we can to repudiate the dangerous policies and actions of the Trump administration. We also raise our voices calling for love in response to Donald Trump’s mean and cruel rhetoric.

Some people feel this opposition to Trump is driven by hate. It is not. Just yesterday, the very notion of hate was raised when Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi was asked by a reporter if she “hated the President.”

Here was her response, in part: “As a Catholic, I resent your using the word ‘hate’ in a sentence that addresses me. I don’t hate anyone.” She continued “I was raised in a way that is a heart full of love, and always pray for the President. I still pray for the President.”

So, how did President Trump respond to Pelosi’s sincere declaration of prayer? He mocked it, saying “I don’t believe her, not even close.”

Today, we invite all to join Speaker Pelosi in prayer and love. We will be praying for the President, and praying for a change in 2020 that brings faith, hope and love to everyone everywhere.

Will you stand with us and pray with us? Support Vote Common Good today as we prepare to take action in 2020 on our national bus tour. We’ll see you on the road with faith, hope, and love.
