It is the operating and baseline principle behind every policy commitment I carry into this race, grounded in the belief that a budget, a bill, or a vote that does not account for the most vulnerable person in the room has not actually accounted for everyone. If elected, I will govern by asking one question consistently: who does this leave out, and what do we owe them.
