Emily Berge

US House of Representatives: WI-03

My entire life has been driven by public service; as a teenager, I helped rebuild houses in Appalachia and North Dakota, I became a licensed counselor to help people, and I ran for city council eight years ago to continue that work. I believe that government can and should be a tool to uplift everyone, to provide a trampoline to not only catch people when they fall but to propel them into thriving lives, that is the mindset I will take with me to Congress if I am fortunate enough to continue this public service.
