The Election has Changed, Catholics Vote Common Good's Mission Hasn't

Catholics Vote Common Good was born out of Catholics for Biden and as he has asked us to do, we will continue to work hard to ensure our values are represented in the White House. So, while the race has changed, our commitment to fighting for the common good in line with Catholic Social Teaching has not.

We are continuing to ensure multi-issue Catholic voters are seen, heard, and energized in this election. Our work will include billboards, postcards, phoning, rallies, and online events.

Catholics Vote Common Good will be focusing on the "blue wall" states of MI, PA, and WI because of their importance to the outcome of the election and their high number of Catholic voters. The Catholic vote in these three states will determine the winner in each – and the election. We will be working not only in the Presidential race, but also in U.S. Senate and House races in those three states.

To have the impact we know we can with Catholics in these three essential states, we ask that you donate TODAY.

Catholics Vote Common Good to Host Event at the Democratic National Convention

The importance of the Catholic vote in the 2024 election will be discussed at the Democratic National Convention thanks to Catholics Vote Common Good. Keeping the Faith: The Catholic Vote in 2024 will be Wednesday, August 21 10:30-12:00 at Marriott Marquee McCormick Place. The panel discussion will include clergy, members of Congress, the Harris campaign, young Catholics, and others.

Catholic voters comprise nearly 25% of the electorate in the "Blue Wall" states of PA, MI & WI. Trump needs the support of at least 60% of those voters to win. Hear from our panel on what we are doing to activate "multi-issue" Catholic voters and why it is so important.

If you plan to be in Chicago, please join us.

NETWORK Announces Nuns on the Bus & Friends 2024 Vote Our Future Tour

Tour Will Visit 20 Cities Over Three Weeks in the Fall

The Nuns on the Bus will hit the road for the first time in six years this fall with the 2024 “Vote Our Future” tour. On this tour, NETWORK Advocates for Catholic Social Justice and their partners—Nuns on the Bus & Friends — will call on Catholics and all people of goodwill to be multi-issue voters for a future where “everyone thrives—no exceptions!”

The 15 Catholic Sisters and 15 multi-faith and secular partners on the bus will meet with people and organizations across the country to lift up the freedoms that are essential for a flourishing multiracial, multi-faith democracy. They will also equip and mobilize everyone to exercise their right to vote – and make sure their friends and family are voting, too.

The eighth bus tour since 2012, this year’s Nuns on the Bus & Friends tour includes 20 cities in 11 states over two and a half weeks. The tour will begin with a kickoff event in Philadelphia on September 30, make stops in cities including Chicago, Milwaukee, Phoenix, and Las Vegas, conclude in San Francisco on October 18. Along the way, bus riders will participate in town hall events, rallies, small group discussions, and press conferences, as well as site visits to local social service agencies and community organizations.
