As people of faith, we come together to endorse Kamala Harris for President of the United States of America.

Harris embodies the values of the interfaith prophetic tradition. Through her life and the policies she’s promoted and assiduously worked to implement, we believe strongly that she is the person to lead the nation and the world as the next President of the United States.

Vice President Harris and President Biden deeply respect all faith traditions and religious beliefs. They have accomplished so much during their administration: the first bi-partisan gun control legislation in decades, stronger environmental standards, the largest bi-partisan infrastructure initiative in the history of the nation, a significant reduction in student debt for those on the frontlines of improving our communities and neighborhoods, and securing our borders while offering legal pathways to citizenship for eligible undocumented residents.

We are confident Vice President Harris will build on this impressive record as President and will stand as a bulwark against Donald Trump, Project 2025 and its oppressive, retrograde, and dangerous agenda for the nation: destroying cherished democratic freedoms, gutting voting rights, dismantling environmental regulations, destabilizing diversity and inclusion in an increasingly diverse nation, making it easier to get and use guns, and dismantling reproductive choice while banning abortions under any circumstances.

Further, Vice-President Harris understands the vital role of religious values in strengthening the common good and empowering those left on society’s margins. Her life shows the model of “true religion” rather than self-righteous attempts to baptize a shrill partisan agenda with rhetorical holy water.
